Let me hold your hand as I say this: a whole new world is waiting for you to discover, friend, where little treasures hide beneath the trees. So let's head to the woods and head into the magical world of mushrooms! 🍂🍄
In collaboration with the Secret Garden Society, we're heading to Dinnet Woods for a woodland adventure filled with fresh air, curious fungi, crunchy leaves, and hopefully not getting lost. 👀
How will it go?
- 11:00 AM: Our usual Coffee & Yap.
- 12:20 PM: Head towards Union Square to catch our bus.
- 12:45 PM: 201 Bus from Aberdeen Union Square to Dinnet bus stop, then walk to the woods.
- 5:18 PM: We will aim to catch the bus back to Aberdeen, hopefully with not so muddy shoes, and lots of mushroom pictures.
We recommend booking your bus tickets in advance and using your student discount. If you prefer to drive there let us know beforehand!
Important note: We're here to admire, learn about, and identify fungi; please don't eat any wild mushrooms unless a qualified expert has confirmed their identification and safety.
